Biography

Jane has a diverse range of experience which includes advising multinational banks and investment managers on UK and international tax matters.  Jane has been involved with a number of major acquisitions, flotation's, reorganizations and disposals and has worked extensively on cross-border funding transactions. Furthermore, Jane has also advised financial institutions on the management of their tax function and on the operational tax implications of investment banking, private banking and investment management products and services.
