Biography

Mark is the global leader of KPMG's People and Change Services practice and a partner in the Canadian firm.  He has over 20 years experience addressing a wide variety of financial services issues. Mark specializes in strategic planning, strategy implementation, and organization-wide change. Broadly trained, he integrates the areas of strategy, organization design, human resources and financial management. One of his significant specialties is facilitating senior teams and Boards as they create strategies and plans and lead change in their organizations.
