Biography

Martin is a senior partner and is the Head of the Financial Services Risk Advisory Services practice in KPMG's Australian firm. He has more than 22 years experience in international banking and consulting to financial services businesses, including 8 years direct banking experience. Martin also has over 14 years experience in managing large transformation programs in the financial services sector in Australia and Asia.  His areas of specialization include merger integration & separation, target operating model development, process and organisation design to support large scale transformation programs, business strategy, large scale restructuring, shared services and cost reduction.
