Biography

Adrian is a partner in KPMG's UK firm, with 28 years experience in banking and consulting. Adrian has managed and led business units across retail banking and consultancy with teams of typically 200 professionals delivering transformations across the UK banking industry.  He has led assignments that have at various times, engaged with the majority of UK banks including holistic organization transformation and cost reduction programs, performance optimization programs in Banking Manufacturing Operations and SME banking and major infrastructural replacement programs.
