Biography
Ann is a senior partner in the firm, and has served as a member of the Canadian firm's Board of Directors. She has considerable first hand experience as engagement partner on a variety of financial services clients over the years, including investment dealers, investment management firms, investment funds, and banks. Ann has specialized in providing audit services to Canadian and US public companies and is familiar with the reporting and governance frameworks for cross border listed entities.
