Biography
Howard is a partner in the Financial Risk Management (FRM) practice of KPMG in the US. He has 27 years of experience and has provided audit and risk advisory services to various financial institutions, primarily investment banks, commercial banks and investment companies. Howard currently has responsibility for coordinating banking Advisory services in the Northeast region of the United States. He directs FRM's Operations Risk group and has a leadership role surrounding KPMG's response to the Financial Stability Plan.
